Indigenous & Community Relations Lead
Gabriella serves as the Indigenous and Community Engagement Lead at NPLH Drilling, bringing over 15 years of experience in community engagement, communications, and program management. A passionate and dedicated professional, she is committed to driving positive social change and supporting sustainable development within Indigenous communities.
Gabriella brings a wealth of expertise and a proactive approach to building respectful, meaningful relationships with Indigenous partners. Her diverse background spans mental health, early childhood education, politics, and community development, equipping her with a well-rounded perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing communities today.
She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Laurentian University and is fluent in both English and French, with foundational knowledge of Spanish, Italian, and Cree. Gabriella’s deep interest in Indigenous education, culture, and advocacy underscores her ongoing commitment to promoting Indigenous rights and nurturing collaborative, culturally informed partnerships.
